First Run in the Heat

I ran in Roseburg today in the first 80 degree day of the year. My goal was 8 miles. I made it but it took me quite a bit longer than my last two Roseburg 12.8 k's. I had to stop to reapply sun block and grab a quick drink of water along the way and stop to walk for a minute every couple of miles. I'm also feeling a little tired now that I'm back indoors and showered up. The summer is coming up and I'm ready for it. The Portland Marathon is 151 days away and I'm not ready for it, but I'm getting ready...
